In early next month, Sony Ericcson TM506 will merge on T-Mobile 3G network. It has tri-band GSM (850/1800/1900) and dual-band HSDPA (1700/2100). The TM 506 will be the first phone that support T-Mobile’s AWS spectrum for HSDPA mode. The features are including built-in GPS powered by TeleNav service, IM, and 2.0 Megapixel camera. It supports Bluetooth 2.0 for the connectivity, and Memory Stick Micro for the expansion. It measures 3.7 x 1.9 x 0.69 inches and weight at 3.4 ounces. It standby time up to 250 hours and talk-time up to 9.5 hours for GSM mode and 3.5 hour for HSDPA mode.
